All data received from visitors to the website (hereinafter referred to as personal data) are personal data and are protected in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. (Data Protection Act) and the GDPR regulation.
By using this website, the user consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the aforementioned laws and relevant regulations. The data controller undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except to entities authorized by the data controller based on a data processing agreement. The user explicitly consents and informs the operator about the processing of their personal data for statistical, analytical, and advertising purposes (see the use of cookies). The data controller collects certain information about users during their visits. This data is completely anonymous, and the operator collects and processes it solely for the purpose of developing and improving the website.

The protection of personal data of the customer, who is a natural person, is regulated by Article 101/2000Sb. and the GDPR regulation (Article 4(11) GDPR and Article 7 GDPR) for the protection of personal data.
For the execution of the contract, the Supplier will process the personal data of the customer, which include: name, surname, company name, address, social security number, tax number, email address, telephone number (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”).
The Supplier will process the customer’s personal data for the purpose of exercising and maintaining the rights and obligations established in the purchase agreement.
The customer confirms that they are obliged to provide accurate and truthful personal data (during registration, on their user account, when ordering on the web interface of the store) and is obliged to immediately notify the seller of any changes to their data.
During the processing of personal data of users, the Provider may also assign the role of data processor to third parties. Personal data will not be transferred without the prior consent of the Provider to third parties who are not authorized to act as data processors, except for Heureka.sk, Zbozi.cz services, partner entities, and persons involved in the transport of goods.
The customer confirms that the provided personal data is accurate and confirms that the voluntary disclosure of such personal data is necessary.
If the customer believes that the Seller or an authorized data processor (Article 1.60.) processes their personal data contrary to the privacy and confidentiality of the customer or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate in relation to its processing for its purpose, they have the right to:
- Submit a request for the correction of personal data
- Submit a request to the seller or data processor to rectify the situation
- Submit a request to the seller or data processor to object to the processing of data
If the customer requests information about the processing of their data, the seller is obliged to provide that information. The seller has the right to charge a special fee for providing information that exceeds the aforementioned costs, without exceeding the costs necessary for providing the information.
The privacy terms of this version are effective from May 24, 2018.
